This is the first level of mobility work. Making specific muscles and joints more adaptable.
The next level is my Gait Training class. Because gait cycle mechanics is the easiest way to understand how the body works is connected.Â
Then I offer my Advanced Mobility Class for those who want to really make serious progress in their mobility.
(If you attempt the advanced class and find it too difficult you may need to work on the first two classes before trying the advanced class again.)
